Join NeurAbilities Healthcare as a Full Time Registered Behavior Health Technician (RBT) in the Lancaster, PA area. Responsibilities

  • Work one-to-one with clients in clinic, home, and/or school setting, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Create meaningful change by improving communication, social, and independent living skills for clients.
  • Avoid challenging situations by remaining calm and collaborating with family, caregivers, and treatment teams to deliver effective support.
  • Implement and follow a treatment plan while educating others about ABA interventions.
  • Collect and maintain data, manage client program materials, and foster therapeutic relationships.
  • Travel to various service locations with reliable transportation (20% estimated).

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months of experience with children with Autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities like walking and bending.
