Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to school age.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans.
• Apply creative and advanced techniques in a play-based and naturalistic therapy environment.
• Guide children's progress in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions.
• Document and track each child's development, contributing to their customized therapy programs.
• Work in a supportive team environment that embodies Lighthouse's Core Values of Compassion, Trustworthiness, Courage, and Commitment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but a college degree is preferred but not required.
• Able to lift/carry more than 50 lbs., sustain impacts, run, crouch, squat, kneel for sustained periods, bend at the waist, move quickly between standing and seated/kneeling positions, communicate verbally and in writing, and have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.

Pay

$18.00-$21.00 per hour.
