Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Position Highlights

• Two immediate-start 1:1 cases in Riverdale, MD 20737
• Consistent weekly schedule with a clear path toward full-time hours
• Option to take on additional cases in the area based on your availability

What You'll Do

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the child's home, following an individualized treatment plan designed by your supervising BCBAC
• Collect accurate session data and track client progress in real time
• Build positive rapport with clients and communicate consistently with families and caregivers
• Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development

What You Need

• Active RBT certification (required, in good standing with the BACB)
• Reliable transportation to Riverdale, MD
• Experience working with children; experience with ASD a plus
• Average afternoon/after-school availability preferred
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's in psychology, education, or a related field a plus (not required for certified RBTs)
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
