Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Role Overview

Jade ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for afternoon and evening ABA cases in Lexington Park and Great Mills, MD. The role includes providing 1:1 ABA therapy, implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, and collaborating with families and caregivers. Optional additional hours are available in nearby Riverdale.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect data and track client progress
• Collaborate with families and caregivers
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development

Schedule & Availability

• Weekday evenings: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM / 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Weekend option: Saturday–Sunday (morning to afternoon)
• Opportunity to build 20–40 hours per week by combining cases

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification
• Experience working with children, preferably with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings
• Reliable transportation
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $25.00 – $32.00 per hour
