What You’ll Do
- Provide behavioral interventions to children with ASD at home.
- Implement ABA therapy techniques.
- Monitor and document progress, communicate updates to families and caregivers.
- Collaborate with professionals to create and implement treatment plans.
- Maintain a supportive environment for the child and family.
Who We’re Looking For
- Must have current RBT certification.
- Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Have experience working with children diagnosed with ASD.
- Preferred to have CPR certification and/or Spanish language skills.
- Have a strong passion for innovation, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact.
Pay & Schedule
Salary: $22–$30 hourly, based on experience.
