What You’ll Do

• Provide behavioral interventions to children with ASD at home.
• Implement ABA therapy techniques.
• Monitor and document progress, communicating updates to families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with professionals to create and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain a supportive environment for the child and family.

Who We’re Looking For

• Must-have qualifications: Current RBT certification, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field, experience working with children diagnosed with ASD.
• PREFERRED SKILLS: CPR certification, Spanish-speaking.
• Strong passion for innovation, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact.
