We’re looking for the best Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work in homes and in the community surrounding Gosport area. Think you’ve got the heart it takes to leave a lasting impact on our learners as an RBT changing lives one smile at a time? We’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities

  • $100 Sign-Up bonus and a $250 Onboarding bonus
  • Quick interview and onboarding process so you can serve clients sooner
  • Competitive pay rates between $20-25 per hour with biweekly pay depending on experience and availability

Requirements

  • RBT Credential with an active or inactive status through the BACB (at this time, we are unable to assist with obtaining or reinstating expired credentials)
  • Reliable transportation to homes within the Mooresville area with availability from 9-4
  • Willingness to undergo a background and reference check prior to working with our learners

Qualifications

  • Passion for doing ABA right by acting with intention and empathy in every interaction with learners, caregivers, and supervision team
