About the role

Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing pediatric team in St. Augustine, Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
  • Collect and document accurate session data and patient progress
  • Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Support children in developing communication, social, adaptive, and functional skills
  • Maintain compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies

Requirements

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or eligibility to obtain certification
  • Individuals pursuing RBT certification are encouraged to apply
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant experience preferred
  • Current Florida requirements for RBT practice or eligibility to obtain required credentials
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Passion for working with children and their families
