About the role
Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, is hiring additional Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for its growing in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy practice in Greenville, NC.
Responsibilities
- Provide ABA Therapy services in a clinic setting
- Work with clients on behavior modification techniques
- Document progress and outcomes in client files
- Collaborate with other therapists and staff members
- Attend continuing education workshops and seminars
Requirements
- Must have or be working towards a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 20 hours of direct therapy per week
- Must have obtained their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate
- Prior RBT experience is required
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for helping individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
Skills
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Proficiency in using ABA software and tools
- Excellent observational and assessment skills
