About the role
At Blue Jay ABA, we specialize in delivering high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our dedicated team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) collaborate closely with families to provide personalized, evidence-based support tailored to each child's unique needs.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD
- Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software
- Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress
- Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with children and their families
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of those with ASD

Pay
$21.00 - $26.00 / hour
