About the role
Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing ABA team in LaGrange, Georgia, and surrounding areas. Whether you're an experienced Registered Behavior Technician, an aspiring Behavior Technician, or someone interested in starting a rewarding career in ABA, we provide training, support, and career growth opportunities to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with autism
- Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Collect data and complete session documentation
- Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors
- Travel to client homes and community-based service locations
- Make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families
Requirements
- Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification through the BACB
- Previous experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, Behavioral Health Technician, Mental Health Technician, Paraprofessional, Teacher's Aide, or Direct Support Professional
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to pass a background check

- Willingness to complete Registered Behavior Technician certification
