Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
- Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress through data collection.
- Aid in the development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
- Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure the consistent application of behavior strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
- Support clients in their daily living activities (ADLs) and social interactions.
- Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
- Ability to effectively engage with children and adolescents.
- Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
- Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices.
Additional Requirements
- Genuine passion for working with children and helping them achieve their goals.
- Strong desire to learn about Autism and ABA Therapy.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree (completed or in progress) preferred.
- Prior experience working with children is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
