Job Summary

Join our team at Astro ABA, where we provide individualized support to children and families through ABA therapy. We are seeking a talented Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Delaware, OH.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Develop and maintain a positive, nurturing relationship with clients and their families
• Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements

• Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
• No experience in ABA therapy or a related field needed; willingness to learn and grow with our team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children and families
