Responsibilities
- Supervise individuals in a residential setting.
- Implement behavior plans and strategies.
- Auxiliary in daily living activities such as hygiene, meals, and transportation.
- Document progress and behaviors.
- Incorporate recreational activities.
- Administer medication as prescribed.
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals.
Qualifications
- RBT certification
- 20-hour Behavior Assistant certification
- Safety Care certification
- 1+ year experience with individuals with disabilities
- Valid FL driver's license
- Strong communication & organizational skills
