Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

RBT Role Summary

In this role, you will work directly with children diagnosed with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that supports their growth, independence, and everyday skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA and help bring those plans to life through structured, hands-on therapy sessions.
• Support skill development.
• Help reduce challenging behaviors.
• Encourage positive daily routines.
• Track progress through accurate data collection.
• Stay connected with your clinical team to ensure each child is receiving consistent, high-quality support.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children with autism.
