Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children and families through evidence-based ABA therapy. We are seeking an experienced ABA Therapist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients in a variety of settings including schools, homes, and community centers.
• Assess and document client progress using standardized assessment tools.
• Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Conduct training and supervision of other staff members as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in ABA Therapy.
• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• A valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certificate.
• A valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Experience with data collection and analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay

Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:15pm.
