About the role

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dynamic team. We believe in supporting our staff and providing excellent mentorship and professional growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in various settings.
• Help learners gain life skills that increase independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills).
• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, and write detailed session notes to inform BCBAs' decisions.
• Attend scheduled sessions and participate in ongoing trainings.

Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities
• Desire to learn and work independently at times

• Hourly Rate: $28.00-$33.00 per hour
