Job Responsibilities
- Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software
- Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress
- Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively

Qualifications
- A high school diploma required (Bachelor's preferred or in progress)
- Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Clear level-two background check and verifiable references
