Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Afterschool/Evening

About the role

Kore Autism Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-clinic, implement treatment plans, collect and document data, collaborate with families and team members, maintain a safe and positive environment, and support clients in developing essential life skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Support clients in developing essential life skills through structured activities and positive reinforcement.

Requirements

• Must hold a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential at the time of hire.
• 1 year of work experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy preferred.
• 1+ years of experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or with other developmental disabilities preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and obtain a valid Texas Fingerprinting Report prior to attending orientation.
• Valid Adult/Child CPR and First Aid certification required, or must be obtained before orientation.
• Must have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel locally.
• Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay

Pay Range: Starts at $20/hr

Schedule

Schedule: 3:30 PM -7:30 PM
