Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Afternoon hours

Get Set ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to children in Baltimore County, including Towson, Owings Mills, Catonsville, Essex, Pikesville, Dundalk, Woodlawn, and Cockeysville.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics in the Baltimore County area
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior goals
• Communicate effectively with families and clinical supervisors
• Maintain a safe and engaging environment for therapy sessions

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain it (we provide support)
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields preferred
• Prior experience working with children, especially in special education, childcare, or mental health is a plus
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to client homes/schools
• Must pass background checks and meet all state/federal requirements
