Succeed ABA is a leading therapy provider for children with Autism. We provide primarily in-home 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. The Succeed ABA team approach consists of constant trainings and support, so that each therapist can provide services with the highest level of care. Responsibilities

  • Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments
  • Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
  • Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency

Qualifications

  • RBT Certification or 40-hour course
  • Valid Driver’s License, or reliable transportation (Required)
  • Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
  • The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
  • Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
  • Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
