Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) After-School and Evening Hours

Golden Care Therapy (GCT) is an ABA therapy provider delivering home‑based services for clients throughout the East Coast. The team is comprised of former ABA therapists/RBTs and emphasizes a supportive culture, annual performance reviews, and professional growth.

Pay

$22.00 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule

Part‑time position with the possibility of full‑time; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide in‑home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Use behavior‑analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety, or social opportunities, following each patient’s treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data using an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Requirements

• RBT certification (required).
• Special education experience – 1 year (preferred).
• Applied behavior analysis experience – 1 year (preferred).
• Will work under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
