About the role

ABA New Dawn MO is dedicated to helping children thrive through evidence‑based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We are seeking passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy and make a real difference in the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Follow treatment plans and behavior‑intervention strategies as designed by the BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data during each session.
• Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Help maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Must have a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college or related coursework preferred).
• Experience in ABA, education, childcare, or working with children is a plus—but not required.
• Must pass background checks and meet compliance requirements.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for sessions.

Pay

Hourly rate: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience and credentials.

Schedule
