Registered Behavior Technician -Part Time Evenings

About the role

Advanced Behavioral Dimensions is an ABA therapy agency dedicated to providing high-quality behavioral support to families and individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and behavior challenges. We seek caring, energetic professionals to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in implementing behavior support plans tailored to individual clients.
• Provide direct ABA therapy in a 1:1 setting.
• Implement and correctly apply Behavior Support Plans as directed by the BCBAs.
• Accept and work to improve upon constructive feedback from the BCBAs.
• Prepare and assist in constructing instructional materials.
• Collect and record clinical data accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in in-service training and staff meetings.
• Debrief caregivers after each session.
• Maintain confidentiality of client health information.
• Accurately track and complete therapy hours per client.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A valid Registered Behavior Technician credential (we can assist with obtaining this).
• A valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance.
• Criminal background checks cleared.
• An outgoing and positive attitude.
• Able to receive ongoing constructive feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• An ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A desire to build a career in disability services.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while working with small children.
• Sound technical and computer skills with reliable internet access.
