Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
- Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
- Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
- Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services (training and support provided).
Need To Know
- Services are provided in clients' homes and community-based settings.
