Registered Behavior Technician- IN HOME- Summerlin

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging ABA therapy focusing on communication, independence, and social skills
• Implement behavior plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and maintain detailed session data and documentation
• Build positive relationships with children, their families, and colleagues
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure effective care delivery

Requirements

• Active RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Active Nevada ABA registration (or soon to be active)
• Passion for working with children
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to pass a background screening
