Responsibilities
As an In-Home or Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will focus on helping children develop communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in supportive and familiar environments.
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or clinic settings
- Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
- Collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR)
- Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals
- Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff
- Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities
Preferred qualifications include TRICARE certification and CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).

Pay
Competitive hourly pay: $20–$30 per hour
