Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging ABA therapy sessions
- Implement behavior plans developed by BCBA’s
- Collect and maintain session data
- Build positive relationships with clients and families
- Collaborate with supervisors and teammates
Requirements
- Active RBT certification (BACB)
- Active Nevada ABA registration (or soon to be active)
- Passion for working with children
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
- Ability to pass background screening
Qualifications
- Experience in ABA therapy
- Knowledge of child development and autism
- Ability to adapt to individual needs
