Registered Behavior Technician | In Home Augusta RBT

The Treetop Therapy provides in-home, clinic-based, and community-based ABA therapy for children ages 2-18 across multiple states, rooted in quality, collaboration, and a deep commitment to helping every child reach their full potential.

About the Role

As an In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Augusta, GA, you'll work one-on-one with children in a clinical and/or in-home setting under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work helps children build essential skills and achieve greater independence in the environment where they feel most comfortable.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clinic and/or in home
• Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change
• Collaborate closely with families to ensure therapy aligns with real-life goals
• Track and document progress using electronic medical records (EMR)
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and clinical team

Requirements

• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with children across different ages and abilities

Qualifications (Preferred)

• TRICARE certification
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
