Registered Behavior Technician (In-Home)
About the role
Make a Meaningful Difference Join Maxim Healthcare as a Behavior Technician and help children and adults with autism and related developmental differences build communication, social, and daily living skills. You'll work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings while receiving support and guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one behavioral support
- Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs
- Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills
- Support positive behavior development
- Record session data and client progress
- Create engaging and structured learning environments
