Registered Behavior Technician Evening Hours

About the role

In this flexible part-time position (5–8 PM, Monday through Friday), you’ll work one-on-one with children, helping them build life-changing skills while being supported by a team that truly values you. Whether you’re already certified as an RBT or looking to become one, we provide paid training, mentorship, and a clear growth path.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings
• Teach communication, social, daily living, and adaptive skills
• Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA
• Track progress and collect session data accurately
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and teammates
• Continue developing your skills through ongoing RBT training and support

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passion for working with children and helping others succeed
• Compassionate, dependable, and positive attitude
• Experience in childcare, autism support, or special education is a plus
• Willingness to complete RBT training and pass the exam within 90 days
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Current RBT certification preferred (but not required—we’ll help you get there)
