About the role
In this flexible part-time position (5–8 PM, Monday through Friday), you’ll work one-on-one with children, helping them build life-changing skills while being supported by a team that truly values you. Whether you’re already certified as an RBT or looking to become one, we provide paid training, mentorship, and a clear growth path.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings
- Teach communication, social, daily living, and adaptive skills
- Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA
- Track progress and collect session data accurately
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and teammates
- Continue developing your skills through ongoing RBT training and support
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for working with children and helping others succeed
- Compassionate, dependable, and positive attitude
- Experience in childcare, autism support, or special education is a plus
- Willingness to complete RBT training and pass the exam within 90 days
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Current RBT certification preferred (but not required—we’ll help you get there)
