Registered Behavior Technician | Clinic RBT
About the Role
As part of our in-home ABA team, you'll work directly with children in their natural environment—at home—where your impact is immediate and meaningful. Our BCBAs will guide you every step of the way as you build relationships with families and help create real, lasting change.
In this role, you'll work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You'll track progress, celebrate breakthroughs (big and small), and keep families updated on how their child is doing. Sessions take place in clients' homes, so you'll need to feel confident working independently while staying connected with your clinical team. We'll teach you everything you need to know—even if you're new to ABA.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA
- Work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences
- Track progress and celebrate breakthroughs with families
- Provide updates to families on their child’s development
- Conduct sessions in clients' homes
- Work independently while staying connected with your clinical team
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable traveling to clients' homes within your service area
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
ABA experience is a plus but not required. We welcome individuals who are patient, dependable, and excited about working with children.
