About the role
Join a team that is committed to your success and to changing lives by delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll work in a positive, supportive, and collaborative environment, providing in-home and community-based interventions.
Responsibilities
- Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy.
- Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles.
- Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using Rethink software.
- Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
- Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records to monitor client progress effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress).
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
- Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Pay
$25.00–$30.00 per hour.
Schedule
Part-time shifts available.
