The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position at Succeed ABA offers afternoon hours and a competitive hourly wage of $20-$28.00. Succeed ABA is a leading therapy provider for children with Autism, known for its high-level trainings, support, and a high hourly pay rate.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
- Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
- Coincide with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
Qualifications
- RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
- Valid Driver’s License, or reliable transportation (Required)
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
- The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
- Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
- Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
