- A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) capable of working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- The role involves direct work in the homes of children with autism.

Position Details
- Implement personalized behavioral intervention plans.
- Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
- Regularly communicate with supervisory staff.
- Operate under the guidance of a BCBA.
- Available weekdays and weekends.
- Collect therapy session data.
What You Bring
- At least 1 year of ABA experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or be an undergraduate student pursuing relevant education.
- A valid RBT certification.
