About the role
Hello ABA is hiring caring, energetic, and motivated individuals for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role on our growing team. We are a warm, family-focused ABA therapy practice committed to delivering exceptional care for children with autism in home and special education settings. In this flexible part-time position, you’ll work one-on-one with children, help them build life-changing skills, and be supported by a team that truly values you. Whether you’re already certified as an RBT or looking to become one, we provide paid training, mentorship, and a clear growth path to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings
- Teach communication, social, daily living, and adaptive skills
- Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA in your role as an RBT
- Track progress and collect session data accurately
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and teammates
- Continue developing your skills through ongoing RBT training and support
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for working with children and helping others succeed
- Compassionate, dependable, and positive attitude
- Experience in childcare, autism support, or special education is a plus
- Willingness to complete RBT training and pass the exam within 90 days
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Current RBT certification preferred (but not required—we’ll help you get there)
