What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings
- Teach communication, social, daily living, and adaptive skills
- Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA in your role as an RBT
- Track progress and collect session data accurately
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and teammates
- Continue developing your skills through ongoing RBT training and support
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for working with children and helping others succeed
- Compassionate, dependable, and positive attitude
- Experience in childcare, autism support, or special education (optional)
- Willingness to complete RBT training and pass the exam within 90 days
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Current RBT certification preferred (but not required—we’ll help you get there)
Pay
Competitive pay: $24/hr–$34/hr + bonuses
