Registered Behavior Technician Afternoon Hours

What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings
• Teach communication, social, daily living, and adaptive skills
• Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA in your role as an RBT
• Track progress and collect session data accurately
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and teammates
• Continue developing your skills through ongoing RBT training and support

What We're Looking For

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Passion for working with children and helping others succeed
• Compassionate, dependable, and positive attitude
• Experience in childcare, autism support, or special education (optional)
• Willingness to complete RBT training and pass the exam within 90 days
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Current RBT certification preferred (but not required—we’ll help you get there)

Pay

Competitive pay: $24/hr–$34/hr + bonuses

Qualifications
