Registered Behavior Technician ABA Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician ABA Therapist to join our team at Alight Behavioral Therapy. As a key member of our in-home ABA therapy team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and monitoring client behavior, tracking progress, and reporting data to therapists and parents
• Implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies in home settings
• Collaborating with caregivers to develop and maintain a supportive and inclusive environment
• Providing crisis support and de-escalation techniques as needed
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans

Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varying schedules
