About the role

Behavioral Framework is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate individuals to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). No experience is required – our top-rated training program will guide you every step of the way!

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavioral Intervention Plans and Treatment Goals under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with children, teaching communication and social skills in a fun, engaging environment.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and their families.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interest in working with children and individuals with autism.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) approved RBT training program.
• Passing the RBT certification exam within 2-6 weeks of employment.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and environments.
• Basic computer literacy.

Schedule

• All therapy occurs in our clinic-based environment.
