Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) | Part-Time After-School Hours Available Looking for Extra Hours After School? Shining Steps ABA is seeking caring, dependable, and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. Our greatest need is for team members who are available during after-school hours, making this a great opportunity for: Current RBTs looking to add hours to their caseloadCenter-based ABA staff seeking supplemental incomeParaprofessionals, instructional aides, and school staffCollege students pursuing psychology, education, child development, or related fieldsIndividuals interested in starting a rewarding career in ABA Typical session times are between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, with additional opportunities available on weekends. Compensation: Behavior Technician (BT) Up to $22.00 per hourNot yet registered as an RBTCurrently completing or willing to complete the 40-Hour RBT Training CoursePaid training and support available Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Up to $24.00 per hourMust maintain an active RBT certificationPay based on experience, certification status, and case assignment What You'll Do: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescentsWork in home, school, clinic, and community settingsImplement treatment plans developed by a BCBACollect and record data during therapy sessionsSupport children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills No RBT Certification? We Can Help. We welcome applicants who are interested in entering the ABA field and becoming certified. Our team can provide guidance and support through the RBT certification process, including completion of the required 40-hour training program.
