About the role
Design healthcare environments within a growing orthopedic practice, focusing on interior planning and design for clinical spaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead interior planning and design for clinical spaces including orthopedic clinics, physical therapy facilities, surgical suites, and administrative areas.
- Develop space plans, layouts, finish selections, materials, lighting, and FFE specifications to enhance patient experience and clinical efficiency.
- Ensure designs meet ADA, life-safety, FGI, and healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with medical teams and stakeholders to align design with clinical needs.
- Prepare presentation materials and conduct site visits.
- Oversee construction administration to ensure design intent is realized.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and registered as an architect in Georgia.
- 3+ years of healthcare interior design experience, preferably in medical offices or surgical centers.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and 3D visualization tools.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare codes, standards, and interior planning.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills, especially with clinical staff.
