What You’ll Do
- Develop space plans, interior layouts, and detailed drawings that support clinical workflow and orthopedic care delivery.
- Create finish plans, materials palettes, FFE specifications, and lighting concepts aligned with our brand and patient-experience goals.
- Ensure compliance with ADA, life-safety, FGI, and healthcare-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical teams, PT leadership, and surgical operations to tailor designs to specialty needs.
- Prepare presentation materials, design boards, and digital models for leadership and stakeholder review.
- Conduct site visits, field measurements, and construction administration as required.
- Work closely with contractors, equipment planners, and vendors throughout project execution.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Registered as an Architect in Georgia.
- 3+ years of experience designing healthcare interiors (medical office, ASC, PT, or similar, strongly preferred).
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and 3D visualization tools.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare codes and interior planning standards.
- Able to balance creativity with function, efficiency, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; experience collaborating with clinical staff is a plus.
