Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Lead District Managers who support key select powersport dealers/retailers throughout the U.S.
  • Evaluate and optimize operational performance, sales and product training
  • Sell and train the sales team in our mission to provide true partnership to our dealers
  • Support the sales team in delivering sales/product presentations in stores
  • Evaluate and support merchandising standards
  • Present Helmet House expanded opportunities to new Dealers
  • Manage opening of new Dealerships

Skills

  • Retail multi-store leadership and store visual merchandising experience
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
  • Multi-tasking and efficient work habits
  • Well organized work habits and great detailed follow-up
  • Sales training and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and Project management tools

Other Requirements

  • Travel up to 75% or more of your work week in support of the regional sales team in the field and to headquarters in Calabasas Hills, CA
  • A passion for motorcycling
  • Able to lift up to 15 pounds
  • Valid Driver’s License
