Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead District Managers who support key select powersport dealers/retailers throughout the U.S.
- Evaluate and optimize operational performance, sales and product training
- Sell and train the sales team in our mission to provide true partnership to our dealers
- Support the sales team in delivering sales/product presentations in stores
- Evaluate and support merchandising standards
- Present Helmet House expanded opportunities to new Dealers
- Manage opening of new Dealerships
Skills
- Retail multi-store leadership and store visual merchandising experience
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Multi-tasking and efficient work habits
- Well organized work habits and great detailed follow-up
- Sales training and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and Project management tools
Other Requirements
- Travel up to 75% or more of your work week in support of the regional sales team in the field and to headquarters in Calabasas Hills, CA
- A passion for motorcycling
- Able to lift up to 15 pounds
- Valid Driver’s License
