Regional Vice President, Partner Programs
About the role
Wealth Enhancement is seeking a Regional Vice President, Partner Programs to join our team in California. This is a business development role working directly with our custodial partners, prospective clients, and WEG advisors in an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with Schwab and Fidelity Financial Consultants and Branch Managers
- Participate in sponsored events, branch meetings, client events, etc.
- Educate on WEG’s resources, value proposition, solutions and services
- Conduct regular presentations on WEG’s capabilities
- Educate and communicate various investment strategies and solutions
- Source and close prospects
- Educate custodial clients on the WEG financial planning process
- Profile and understand prospective client needs
- Engage and communicate prospective client needs to WEG advisor
- Participate in Wealth Enhancement trainings, educational events, coaching programs
- Adhere to the Wealth Enhancement’s Corporate Communication Strategy and in good compliance standing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in business, finance, economics or related field
- Series 65 or qualifying designation such as a CFP or CFA
- 5 + years of experience with sales in the wealth management industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, listening and analytical skills
- Advanced designation preferred
- Able to travel within the region
- Must have a clean U4 with no disclosures

Series 65 or qualifying designation such as a CFP or CFA
5 + years of experience with sales in the wealth management industry

Pay
The expected pay range for this RVP position is $225k - $250k annually. This range reflects a base salary and variable compensation, the company in good faith believes it would pay in this range for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation within this range will depend on your qualifications, skills, and credentials, educational and professional experience and actual compensation will depend on your productivity and sales numbers and can be below or exceed the range.

This role offers a flexible remote work environment with travel within the assigned territory in California (LA or Bay Area).
