Regional Vice President of Sales
About the role
IST Management is actively hiring senior level talent into Sales Executive - Regional Vice President roles on our national Workplace Services - Facilities Management/Integrated Facilities Management sales team. Ideal candidates have a history of success selling people-based FM/IFM deals into large legal and corporate clients, great industry relationships, and a strong/current book of business. We offer up to 12% uncapped commission. Eligible RVPs are awarded equity shares at $5M revenue.
Compensation
Base compensation for this role is negotiable/competitive and can range widely based on experience and performance during the interview process and projected revenue contributions (between $90,000.00 - $150,000.00+).
Commissions you earn based on selling our full suite of FM/IFM support services are up to 12% and completely uncapped.
Benefits
- Seven paid holidays as well as 23 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year accrued at a rate of 3.54 hours at the end of each week worked to be used at the employee's discretion for vacation, personal or sick days in accordance with IST company guidelines.
- Position is remote with the exception of supporting client relationships - air travel is required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or GED equivalent
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Adept at building business relationships that foster and result in new and repeat business
- Persuasive communication and presentation skills
