Responsibilities
- Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Builds long-term relationships with advisors and partners
- Provides timely updates in the customer relationship management system (CRM)
- Counsels with partners on financial growth and security
- Represents the company at conferences and trade shows
- Develops and implements targeted sales and marketing strategies
- Multi-tasks effectively in a fast-paced sales environment
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in NQDC plan sales
- Proven success selling corporate owned life insurance (COLI, BOLI)
- In-depth knowledge of nonqualified retirement plans
- Established relationships with wirehouses, consulting firms, and BGAs
- Experience in cultivating long-term business relationships

Pay
