Responsibilities

  • Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Builds long-term relationships with advisors and partners
  • Provides timely updates in the customer relationship management system (CRM)
  • Counsels with partners on financial growth and security
  • Represents the company at conferences and trade shows
  • Develops and implements targeted sales and marketing strategies
  • Multi-tasks effectively in a fast-paced sales environment

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in NQDC plan sales
  • Proven success selling corporate owned life insurance (COLI, BOLI)
  • In-depth knowledge of nonqualified retirement plans
  • Established relationships with wirehouses, consulting firms, and BGAs
  • Experience in cultivating long-term business relationships

Pay

$130,000 – $180,000 annually
