Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed revenue targets on a regular basis
- Develop and implement a strategic regional sales plan
- Drive customer adoption of products and services
- Grow and manage an active sales pipeline
- Collaborate with partners to enhance market reach
- Negotiate contracts with key clients
- Cultivate long-term relationships with major accounts
- Ensure high levels of customer success
- Assist in recruiting for the Central sales team
Qualifications
- 3 years of sales leadership experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC
- Extensive enterprise sales experience with Fortune 500 clients
- Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tracking tools
- Strong background in strategic customer development
- Experience in recruitment and building effective sales teams
