Position Summary The Regional Vice President (RVP) is responsible for the overall operational, financial, and compliance performance of an assigned affordable housing portfolio spanning multiple markets. The RVP leads a team of Regional Managers and sets strategic direction for their portfolio. Regional Managers serve as the primary escalation point for property-level performance, staffing, and regulatory matters; the RVP is the next-level escalation point for issues such as failed inspections, budget variances beyond an established threshold, or staffing/HR matters a Regional Manager is unable to resolve. This role partners closely with the EVP of Property Management, asset management, and ownership/investor stakeholders to ensure portfolio-wide goals are met.
