Pay & earnings
- Annualized earnings average of $107,029 (based on driver performance over the last six to twelve months)
- $1,687 minimum weekly pay guarantee for the first 6 weeks
- $10,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time
- $0.67 – $0.69 per mile
- Detention pay: $25 per hour
- Stop pay: $20 per stop
- Strapping pay: $20 per load
- 6th day bonus: $100
- Quarterly retention bonus: $1,000
- Holiday pay: $325 per day
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- New hire training pay: $330 per day
Schedule & home time
- Weekly home time
- Majority no-touch freight
