Regional Travel Physical Therapist (PT)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop and supervise personalized treatment plans with measurable goals, and maintain accurate documentation. This role includes supervising personnel such as PT aides or PTAs, providing in-services upon request, and establishing restorative or maintenance programs. The therapist will assess and modify treatments as needed, ensure timely and complete documentation, and communicate effectively with physicians and team members regarding patient care.
Responsibilities also involve maintaining equipment and supplies, preparing work settings, and adhering to policies and procedures. The position requires a willingness to travel, including overnight stays.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- SNF experience preferred
- High cognitive and perceptual skills
- Valid Driver’s License in the state of employment
- Willingness to travel, including overnight stays
